But the 2 Mbps they promise... It's not there. If you're lucky, you get the speed of a 28.8k modem. YouTube videos? Fuggetaboutit. The only time I've successfully loaded a video was around lunch time, when apparently demand drops as everyone goes to chow.

Quick, someone sue ICE for misleading consumers, advertising speeds 20 times higher than what they provide!
